International Living is a production web application and publishing platform that helps users explore opportunities for living, working, and retiring abroad. As part of the frontend engineering team, I contributed to the platform’s architecture, reusable component library, and personalized content experiences.

Overview

IRIS 2.0 is an enterprise application used by company affiliates to support internal business operations. As part of the engineering team, I contribute to the continued development of the platform by improving frontend architecture, implementing new features, and building reusable components that support long-term maintainability.

Explore a way to automate and speed up the completion process of low-risk, repetitive engineering tasks.

Solution

Built a Go proof of concept that integrated Jira, Hermes Agent, and Bitbucket to automate portions of the development workflow while keeping engineers in control through code review.

Ease the creation of marketing websites for company affiliates.

Solution

Created a custom Contentful Application that triggers creation of a github repository based on data within the affiliate's content model.

Challenge

Eliminate manual data migration between Contentful and Blueshift for company affiliates.

Solution

Created a Node.js service that would ingest data from Contentful via webhook, which then provides Blueshift consumable data structure per affiliate space.
